Silicone Roof Coatings
Silicone is our most-specified coating system — and for good reason. It outperforms every other coating type when it comes to ponding water resistance and UV reflectivity. In Florida and coastal Georgia, where standing water after a storm is common, silicone is the only coating that won't degrade or blister.
Unlike acrylic coatings, silicone doesn't absorb water. It stays flexible through thousands of thermal cycles, never hardens, and maintains its reflectivity for the life of the coating. We apply silicone over TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and existing coatings.

Acrylic Roof Coatings
Water-based acrylic coatings are the most economical path to a reflective, energy-efficient roof. They're ideal for metal roofs and low-slope applications where ponding water isn't a concern. Acrylic coatings deliver excellent UV protection and can dramatically reduce cooling loads in commercial buildings.
We use premium elastomeric acrylic formulations that expand and contract with your roof deck, preventing cracking and delamination. Acrylic coatings are also the most environmentally friendly option — low VOC, water-based, and easy to recoat when the time comes.

Polyurethane Coatings
When your roof takes a beating — from foot traffic, equipment, hail, or debris — polyurethane is the answer. These coatings form an extremely tough, abrasion-resistant membrane that handles the physical demands of active commercial rooftops without sacrificing waterproofing performance.
Polyurethane coatings are available in aromatic and aliphatic formulations. We typically apply aromatic polyurethane as a base coat for strength, topped with aliphatic polyurethane for UV stability and color retention. The result is a roof that handles both physical abuse and weather extremes.
